Made In Italy confirmed in an exclusive interview with the blog chicks team of the popularity and success of their ‘Pizza and Pasta of The Month’ promotions with their Sydney patrons.
Since 2000, Made In Italy have brought their family’s Roman recipes to Sydney. Every pizza is hand-made, every sauce slow-cooked for 12 hours because some things should never be rushed. As well as corporate and event catering, they have locations and deliver from Annandale, Alexandria, Pyrmont and Sydney’s CBD.
Each month they launch a new pizza and pasta of the month. Clients indulge in an exclusive pizza throughout the month and conveniently order it online through their app.
Simon Fadous, founder of Made In Italy said “We are really pleased with customers embracing the pizza and pasta of the month concept and the growth of monthly repeat ordering is testament to the success of the concept.”
Last month’s pizza of the month was their Roman Hot Honey Pizza. It’s bringing the heat loaded with hot chilli honey, spicy salami, mozzarella & oregano. They report that repeat orders were way ahead of other popular combinations in previous months.
Made In Italy is also recognised for their catering packages. From a quick office lunch for 10 to a full-scale corporate event for 200 plus attendees, they have the right mix of pizza, pasta and sides for every occasion. Authentic Roman-style pizzas, 12-hour slow-cooked pasta trays, fresh salads and desserts. Delivered hot to the office, party or event anywhere in inner Sydney.

FOUR KITCHENS. ONE STANDARD!
Made In Italy has operated in inner Sydney since 2000. The delivery service runs from four separate kitchens — Alexandria, Annandale, Pyrmont, and Sydney CBD — each with its own delivery zone. Running four kitchens instead of one central dispatch point means every order travels a shorter distance from oven to door, which directly affects the condition of the food when it arrives.
Every pizza starts with dough that ferments for 24 hours before shaping. That process builds the open crumb structure, mild tang, and crisp base that separates a Roman pizza from a standard delivery option. The base holds toppings without softening on the trip, which matters more in delivery than dine-in. Pasta sauces go on the stove each morning and cook slowly through the afternoon. The Bolognese, Arrabbiata, Carbonara, and Amatriciana that leave the kitchen at 7pm were started at 8am. No reheating. No pre-portioning.
The delivery zone for each kitchen is matched to realistic transit times so the food arrives at the right temperature and in the right condition. When you select your suburb in the ordering system, it routes to the nearest kitchen automatically.
Free delivery on orders from $40 — that covers a standard pizza and pasta or two XL pizzas without requiring an oversized order to reach the threshold. The minimum is $25. All four kitchens run every night of the week, 4pm to 9:30pm, with no closures on Mondays or slow weeknights.
The loyalty programme runs through your account: every 10 completed online orders earns a free 11th, applied automatically with no code or expiry date.
